choc puding







1/2 cwn serbuk koko
1 cwn gula
1/2 cwn susu tepung
1/2st garam
41/4 cwn air
1/2 sudu esen vanila
3 sudu butter
1 paket serbuk agar2

--campur kesemua bhn kcuali butter dan kacau shingga mndidih
-- masukkn butter kacau pekat
-- angkat dan masukkn ke dlm loyang atau acuan yg di sukai....
-- boleh hias dgn biskut oreo

congo bars kz



3/4 of a 250g block of butter - melted

2 cups brown sugar ( I buat 1.5 cups, tu pun dh manis)

3 eggs

1 table spoon baking powder

2 cups flour

1 cup oat meal (uncooked!!)

3 table spoons milk

1 1/2 bars cadbury milk chocolate or any choc of ur choice ( Lagi byk lagi sedap weh! )

Mix in order. Pour into 13x9inch (?) baking pan (standard size pan). Bake at about 180 Celsius (350 Farenheight) for 20 minutes.

Notes:

The bars should be dense n fudgy...maka lagi le sedap rasanya. So if u think mcm bantat je...betul le tu! So trial & error...u may want to cut the baking time to get the fudgy effect...all depends on the ur oven. U may want to play the baking temperature between 160 - 180 degrees. Make sure the batter in the pan is not too thick for those who dont have the suggested pan siza above. The bars should be abt 3/4 inch thick...baru it will be cooked through nicely without having to increase the baking time which will in turn result in crumbly dry bars. So trial & error la ek!

bread and apple pudding




BAHAN-BAHAN :

Roti sandwich besar

Buttercup (1) - cairkan

Telur 4 biji

Susu segar 900ml

Satu sudu kecil esen vanilla

Gula satu cawan boleh krg ke 3/4 cawan je

secubit garam

Kismis n buahan kering

2 apple hijau di mayang dan digaul dgn 2 sdb gula perang dan perahan 1/2 limau nipis letak sebelah dulu

CARA-CARA :

1. Panaskan oven sehingga 180'C

2. mesin susu, telur, gula dan esen dalam sampai sebati atau sampai gula hancur.

3. Sapu loyang pembakar dengan marjerin

4. Susun roti sehingga tidak kelihatan ruang kosong kemudian taburkan hirisan apple.selang seli sampai abis.

5. Sebelum tuang adunan no 2 ke atas roti, tuang dengan buttercup cair dulu. Lepas tu barulah tuang no 2 ke atas roti biar semua roti kena.

6. Tabur apple,kismis@buahan kering ke atas roti tadi

7. Bakar for 15 - 2o minits
