LASAGNA ala wan






i modified n made double portions of the ingredients

Bahan-bahan untuk lasagna:

Lasagna sheets (kepingan lasagna) – 4-5 keping
Keju - diparut halus (lebih kurang 1 mangkuk)
Aluminium foil.

sos putih @bechamel sauce

Butter
Tepung Gandum - bancuh dgn sedikit air
Susu segar
Four Cheese Pasta Sauce (-takde leh guna cream mushroom pasta sauce/mushroom cream soup - kalu dua2 tak dak tak payah boh hihi)
Garam
Serbuk lada hitam

1. Panaskan butter hingga cair, masukkan bancuhan tepung gandum, kacau dan pastikan tepung tidak bergentel
2. Masukkan susu segar, kacau sebati
3. Masukkan pula four cheese pasta sauce dan biarkan seketika
4. Sebelum diangkat perasakan dgn sedikit garam dan serbuk lada hitam

tambahan utk tabur atas "sos putih"kalu suka
capsicum
onion
tomatoes

Cara-Cara Masak “Red Sauce”

Panaskan minyak
Masukkan bawang besar, bawang putih yang sudah dipotong dadu. Tumis sehingga naik baunya.
Setelah naik baunya, masukkan daging cincang. Ketika daging separuh masak, masukkan 1 sudu kecil “Italian Herbs” & masukkan garam. Kacau sehingga masak.
Setelah dagingnya masak, masukkan tomato dan tomato puree/paste. Kacau sehingga separuh masak. Kemudian masukkan cendawan butang , “capsicum” n semua sayur -sayur . Kacau supaya sekata. Kemudian biarkan dengan api sederhana sehingga masak.
Sebelum api ditutup, campurkan 1 sudu kecil lada hitam, dan setelah itu masukkan segenggam kecil keju (yang sudah diparut). Kacau seketika & tutup api.


Cara-Cara Siapkan dan Bakar Lasagna
Lapisan2 perlu dibuat di dalam “casserole”. Secara asasnya, boleh dibuat mengikut selera masing2, tetapi yang penting di atas & bawah kepingan lasagna (lasagna sheets) perlu ada “red sauce” supaya lasagna nya cukup masak/kembang, serta Lapisan paling bawah perlulah diletakkan “red sauce”. Lapisan di atas, perlulah keju parut.selang seli dengan sos putih sampai habis.

Setelah susun seperti berikut, bakar di dalam Oven dengan suhu 180°C selama 30 minit

1 tin susu cair
1/2 cawan gula nak manis tambah ni dah kurang byk dah ni
3 camca besar tepung kastad
1.campurkan ke semua bahan di atas dan masak di atas api yang sederhana besar hingga agak pekat dan tidak bergentel.
2. tuangkan kedalam acaun yang disukai hihi

nangka masak
1. jumlah sesedap dan sesuka rasa yang di hiris atau di potong kiub
2. taburkan di atas layer (a)

utk layer atas (c)
1 bungkus kecil agar2
3 camca besar gula
pewarna ikut suka i like natural so putih no colour
1. masak agar-agar hingga cair and masukkan gula.. pastu slow2 tuang atas layer a & b yang sudah dibiarkan sejuk lebih kurang 15 minit sebelumnya.
2. bila dah beku pudding ni put in the fridge to cool it
3. serve it chilled with whipped cream if u like or just evaporated milk
p/s most yummy with vanilla ice cream

savoury bread pudding - own's creation






8 x 8 baking tin
4 eggs
1/2 balang blender fresh milk
chicken sausages 1 pack - cut into chunks not too thin tak best
daun bawang
12 pieces gardenia bread either white or wholemeal 9I love the latter)
cheese pieces any brand also can
salt and crushed black pepper to taste
howwwwwwwww to do it
1. sapu the baking tin with generous amount of planta
2. in the blender sukat fresh milk setengah balang dan masukkan semua telur nak boh lebih pon boleh up to 6 eggs no prob. put some salt not to mush nanti masin plak. and not forgetting the crushed black pepper. n blend set aside to curah on the bread.
3. spread some butter on the pieces of bread. take 4 pieces and place at the bottom of the baking tin.
4. taburkan some of the chicken sausage chunks and the cheese and the daun bawang yang dihiris halus. curah some of the milk and egg mixture and layer balik dengan bread buat sampai habis .Tuang mixture eggs and milk tu bagi habis last sekali. set aside for about 5 - 8 minutes sambil menggunakan sudu press out the angin.
5. deco with pieces of sausages n daun bawang.and bake at 180 degrees for 40 - 50 mins

the bird is dead



last night i had to wait 4 my gal to finish her hw. at midnight it was done.... as i entered my bedroom i heard the clangking of the bird cage. hastily woke my hubby to check it out hence the tekukur bird which the boy's cousin,Bang Jan gave about a month ago lay lifeless....with a bite mark on its neck sob sob. the culprit ? the same fella that fell through the roof of our bathroom uwaaaaaa no more sweet cooing from the bird. i told my hubby no more bird rearing after this am too depressed. I had to wait till this morning to tell the boys of the demise of their pet.Adik woke anxiously and eager to see the dead pet. He did asked my hubby where are we going to bury the bird. I hope when we get back from school today that the remains are still there and i can let my son with the burial of his first pet.

kek buah cik halijah smk syed alwi





1 bar butter
1 kotak dried mixed fruits
2 eggs
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 cups selfraising flour
1 1/4 cup of water

1. melt the butter, water and sugar
2. add the washed dried fruits
3. then add the soda and stir make sure tak meruap then sejukkan
4. bila dah sejuk pecahkan telur satu persatu then masukan tepung.
5. tuang dlm loyang bakar 40 - 60 min 180 degrees
